📦 Order Processing Time

  • All ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

For Custom or Made-to-Order Products:

Custom handmade items may require an additional 5–7 business days for production before shipping. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your unique piece with care.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you promptly via email or phone if any significant delays occur.


🌍 Shipping Time & Charges

  • Shipping time refers to the period from when your order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.


✉️ Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
